TodoDates: Sometimes when I enter a To-Do the current date is chosen as the default date, sometime "no date" is specified. Why doesn't Datebk display the current date for all new To-Dos?

TodoSortOrder: In the actual To-Do application, if you change the due date to "today" that item gets bumped down to the bottom of the list of that day's items. This allows me to sort of reschedule the todo list order at the beginning of the day. How can I make Datebk 4 behave the same way?
