On recent PalmOne devices, the Calendar program contains a propriety field for time zone. For information about Datebk's support of this field, see this page: SupportForNewCalendarFields.

Hard to say. PalmOne has ONLY just documented the proprietary format they use to insert timezone information (as a blob) at the end of a record. The problem has always been that Datebk's handling is far stronger than any other calendar application, so to be completely "compatible" I would have to dumb it down to match, and I won't do that. This is high on the list of things I am looking at for the next major release (unfortunately, the next major release is of course getting bogged down with having to study all these issues of compatibility with PalmOne's proprietary PIM databases, not a trivial proposition). Obviously if some workaround is possible, it will be incorporated.
