I am having a problem setting an advance on a floating appointment. When I check the advance check box, the system immediately unchecks the box. It seems to work fine for regular appointment; just not for floating appointments.
This is by design. You cannot set an advance on a float, just appointments. Advances are created as floating events a number of days prior to the actual appointment.
Setting an advance on a float can be done by setting the float a few days before the actual day, possibly with the actual date in the description.
